The Scientific Software Engineer analyzes, designs, develops and maintains petroleum production domain software components in agreement with project technical objectives and deadlines. Development takes place using Deltoid's privative Production Optimization Platform. The engineer’s role is to provide strategic, innovative, cost-effective and practical software solutions in the area of Production System Modeling. The position reports to the Director of Product.

Frontend Software Engineer

The Front-End Software Engineer develops and maintains client-side elements of Deltoid's Production Optimization Environment -all elements users view and interact with in web applications-. The engineer develops sophisticated user experiences by collaborating with designers and product owners and implements customer-centric, enjoyable, scalable and maintainable applications. He/she engages with product owners, managers and architects to increase possitive impact of user experience on Deltoid's digital products. The position reports to the Director of Product.

Backend Software Engineer

The Back-End Software Engineer analyzes, designs, develops and maintains all server-side logic of web applications, database interactions, configuration and user authentication, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The Engineer evaluates emerging technologies and provides strategic, innovative and practical engineering solutions to increase efficiency, security and streamlined integration of server-side applications into Deltoid's Production Optimization Environment. The position reports to the Director of Technology.

Data Scientist

The Data Scientist leverages and applies next-generation technologies for diagnostics and prognostics through data-driven modeling and optimization of complex systems. Develops data-driven algorithms. Has increasing knowledge and experience with machine learning algorithms. Applies engineering knowledge in processing multivariate data sets collected from Artificial Lift equipment operations, manufacturing tests, and diagnostic routines. The position reports to the Director of Technology.

Customer Success Engineer
Position Available | 10 May
The Customer Success Engineer will bring experience in Artificial Lift powered by Electric Submersible Pumps and present valuable petrotechnical findings to Deltoid's customers. He/she collaborates in business development and extending our solutions footprint to more assets. He/she acts as point of contact to customers for any petrotechnical or software usage matters related to Deltoid's deployed solutions. Must develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and technical Deltoid staff.
